Imaging resolution is essential for studying internal structures, defects and elastic properties of samples. With a bandwidth up to 250 MHz, AM 300 can utilize transducers in the frequency range from 3-250 MHz. The encoder controlled highly precise ball screw drive reaches the same precision level as the fast linear motor systems compromising only measurement speed. That is why AM 300 can inspect sample features down to a size of 10 μm.
AM 300 is the smart choice for whom throughput is not first priority, because the AM 300 provides the full imaging capability of a linear motor scanners. Additionally, it is suited for any applications site with its small footprint.
